The annual San Francisco to Los Angeles (SF2LA) Cancer Awareness Ride is a weeklong journey with the purpose of raising awareness, education and funds to fight cancer in the Fire Service.

Riders, some of whom are also cancer survivors, are primarily active duty or retired Firefighters from throughout the State of California and across the United States.
