A very creative & fun way to tone-up Superior core workout. Strengthen & coordinates muscles groups in the trunk, spine & arms. Improves posture & flexibility. Dance instruction includes basic steps, tummy undulations, hands & arms & lots of giggles!

The Art of Bellydancing is for you! There will also be 15 minutes after class for questions, answers in the gallery! All ages. Learn at your own pace, as I review from the week before. Learn from the master instructor and entertainer Zaphara.
